Evidence confidence: Unconfirmed - IGI Batch M132882 lists this marriage which seems reasonable to Martha's christening date. However, there is no solid evidence of this marriage being the correct one at this time.

 William Seager's will provided details for his 3 daughters and one grand-daughter:

 This is the last Will And Testament of me William Seager of Brettell Lane in the Parish of Kingswinford in the County Of Stafford Potter imprimis I give and direct unto My son in Law Thomas Wheeley of Brettell Lane Aforesaid Glassmanufacturer and to my esteemed- Friends John Marson of the Lye in the Parish of Old Swinford in the County of Worcester [Nailfactor] And Thomas Gill the younger of …son in the County of Stafford Esquire their heirs and assigns All my messuages Lands tenements and [leasehold] As well freehold as copyhold situate lying and Being in the said parish of Kingswinford and said County of Stafford and all other my real Estate Whatsoever and wheresoever with their and every Of their rights [members] and appurtenances To [bow] to them the said Thomas Wheeley, John Marston and Thomas Gill their heirs and assigns Upon Trust that they my said Trustees and their Survivors and survivor of them and the heirs and Assigns of such Survivor [do] and shall sell and Dispose of the said missuages Lands [….works or ments??] And premises and convert the same into money in Such manner and form and either by public Auction Or private Contract and at such price or prices as in They in their discretion shall think fit within…. {O’so} Years next after my decease to and for the best Price or prices that may be reasonable had or Obtained for the same and convey surrender and Assure the said premises or any part thereof to any Purchaser or purchasers thereof his her or their Heirs and assigns and to which and I declare that The receipt or receipts of my said Trustees and The survivors and survivor of them his heirs And assigns shall be a full and complete discharge For such purchase monies or for as much thereof As shall therein be expenses to be paid without Such purchaser or purchasers being obliged to [lose] to the application or answerable for any Misapplication or nonapplication thereof I also Give and bequeath unto the said Thomas Wheeley John Marston and Thomas Gill and whom I Appoint executors of this my Wiill their Executors Administrators and assigns All my Stock in Trade Household goods and other my personal Estate And to convert the same into money and as to all And every the sum and sums of that shall Or may arise from my real and personal Estates Respectively as aforesaid I Will and direct that My said Trustees and the Survivors and Survivor Of them and the Executors Administrators and Assigns Of such Survivor do and shall stand and be possessed Thereof to for and upon the several Trusts Interests And purposes hereinafter [mentioned] and declared That is to say upon Trust in the first place to pay All my Just depts. And funeral expenses and Subject [thereunto] and to the payment of the several Specific Legacies hereinafter by me bequeathed Upon Trust to place replace and continue the said Real or Government Security and to call in and Replace the same again on any new Security of Such or the like nature and pay apply and dispose Of the Interest and proceed of the said trust monies In the manner following (that is to say) To my Daughter Elizabeth the wife of George Adams yearly and every Year for and during the term of her natural life (into her own hands to her sole and separate use And of which her present or any after taken Husband shall have no control or disposition but Her receipt above shall at all times be a good and Valid discharge in Law) One Annuity or clear Yearly sum of Thirty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain by two equal half yearly payments On every twenty fifth day of March and twenty Ninth day of September The first of which Payments to be made on such of the said days as Shall first happen next after my decease free of Land Tax and all other deductions whatsoever Together with a proportionable part the said Annuity to be computed from the last day of Payment thereof up to the day of the death of My said Daughter and from and after the decease Of my said Daughter in case the said George Adams shall her survive in Trust to pay for the Said George Adams and his assigns for his life The like annuity of Thirty pounds as is herein Before given to his said wife and at such times And with such proportionate part thereof as before Expressed as to my said Daughter and to Commence from the day of the death of his said Wife and subject to the Trusts aforesaid In Trust That my said Trustees and the Survivors and Survivor of them his Executors Administrators and Assigns do and shall pay apply and dispose of one Moiety or equal half part of the [residue] of the Interest and proceed of the said Trust monies unto My daughter Martha the Wife of Francis Smith For and during the term of her natural life when And as the same shall from time to time become Due and payable or otherwise to [commit] and suffer Her to receive and take the same to and for her sole And separate use and benefit free of the [debts] control Or Engagements of her present or any after taken Husband and to which I expressly direct the same Shall not be subject or liable but that the receipt And receipts of my said Daughter alone shall at All times be deemed valid and legal discharges For so much of the said Interest and proceed as the Same shall be expressed to be given and as to the Other Moiety or equal half part of the residue of The said Interest and proceed of the said Trust Monies In Trust to pay apply and dispose thereof Unto my Daughter Susanna the Wife of the said Thomas Wheeley for and during the term of her Natural life when and as the same shall from Time to time become due and payable or otherwise [prevent] and suffer her to receive and take the same To and for her sole and separate use and benefit Free of the [depts] control or Engagements of her Present or any after taken husband and to which I expressly direct the same shall not be subject or Liable but that the receipt and receipts of my said Daughter alone shall at all times be deemed Valid and legal discharges for so much of the Said Interest and proceed as the same shall be Expressed to be given and in case the said Thomas Wheeley shall happen to survive his said wife Then In trust to [prevent] and suffer the said Thomas Wheeley and his assigns to have receive and Take the last mentioned Moiety of the Interest And proceed of the said Trust monies for and during The term of his natural life to his and their own Use and benefit and from and immediately After the decease of my said Daughter Martha Smith as to one moiety or equal half part of the Principal of the said Trust monies and all [accruing] interest thereon In trust that my said Trustees and the survivors or survivor of them His executors administrators and assigns do And shall pay apply and dispose of the same Unto and amongst all and every the child and Children of my said Daughter Martha Smith Share and share alike who may happen to be Then of the age of Twenty One years or when And as they shall [severally] arrive to that age And in the meantime pay apply and dispose Of the Interest and proceed of the said moiety of The said Trust monies or of the part or share Thereof which any infant child or children May be entitled to for and towards their respective Maintenance and education during there Respective minorities subject nevertheless to the Proviso hereinafter contained and subject also to The payment of one annuity or clear yearly sum Of Ten pounds free of taxes which I direct to be Paid by two equal half yearly payments to the Said Francis Smith in case he shall survive his Said wife for and during the term of his natural Life and to commence from the day of the death Of his said wife from and out of the interest and Proceed of the said moiety of the said trust Monies hereinbefore given to his children and In case all or any of such child or children shall Happen to die in the lifetime of my said daughter Martha Smith or before his her or their respective Age or ages of Twenty one years leaving issue of His her or their body or bodies lawfully begotten Then in trust to apply and dispose of the Part or share of such child or children so dying Unto and amongst his her or their issue whether Child or children if only one the whole to such Only child but if more than one equally unto And amongst such children at his her or their Age of twenty one years with interest in the Mean time to be applied toards his her or their Respective maintenance and education and in case Of the death of any such child or children without Issue before his her or their part or share of the Said principal of the said trust monies shall Become payable then in trust to pay apply and Dispose of the part or share of him her or the so Dying equally unto and amongst the survivors or Survivor of such children and the issue of any Deceased child or children but such issue to take Only the part or share that his her or their parent Would have been entitled to if living and in case My said daughter Martha Smith shall die Without leaving any child or children or issue Of any such child or children or all such children Shall die before the said moiety of the said Principal monies shall become payable without Issue as aforesaid then I will and direct the said Moiety of the said principal monies interest and Proceed to be paid and payable to the next of kin Of my said daughter (except the said Francis Smith Her husband in a course of administration of the [effects] of persons dying intestate and as to the Other moiety or equal half part of the principal Of the said trust monies and all accruing interest Thereon from and immediately after the decease Of the survivor of them the said Thomas Wheeley And Susanna his wife in trust that my said Trutees and he survivors and survivor of them His executors administrators and assigns do and Shall pay apply and dispose of the same unto and Amongst all and every the child and children of my Said daughter Susanna Wheeley share and share Alike who may happent to be then of the age of Twenty one years or when and as they shall [severally] arrive to that age and in the mean Time pay apply and dispose of the interest and Proceed of the said moiety of the sid trust monies Or of the part or share thereof which any infant Child or children may be entitled to for and Towards their respective maintenance and Education during their respective minorities Subject nevertheless to the proviso hereinafter Contained and in case all or any of such child Or children shall happen to die in the lifetime Of my said daughter Susanna Wheeley or Before his her or their respective age or ages Of twenty one years leaving issue of his her or Their body or bodies lawfully begotten then in Trust to pay apply and dispose of the part or share Of such child or children so dying unto and amongst His her or their issue whether child or children Only one the whole to such only child but if more Than one then equally unto and amongst such Children at his her and their respective maintenance And education and in case of the death of any Such child or children without issue before his her Or their part or share of the said principal of the Said trust monies shall become payable then In trust to pay apply and dispose of the part or Share of him her or them so dying equally unto and Amongst the survivors or survivor of such children And the issue of any deceased child or children but Such issue to only take the part or share that his or Their parent whould have been entitled to if living And in case my said daughter Susanna Wheeley Shall die without leaving any child or children or Issue of any such child or children or all such children Shall die before the said moiety of the said principal Aforesaid then I will and direct the said moiety of The said principal monies and proceed to be paid And payable to the next of kin of my said daughter Susanna Wheeley (except the said Thomas Wheeley Her husband in a course of administration of the (effect) of persons dying intestate provided always And it is my will and desire that my said trustees And the survivors and survivor of them his Exors Administrators and assigns do and shall in their Discretion by with and out of the respective moieties Of the principal of the aforesaid trust monies advance And pay in the sum or sums of money for and towards Placing out apprentice or other advancement in the World of any child or children of my said respective Daughters Martha Smith and Susannah Wheeley Not exceeding oen fourth part of the share that Such child or children will respectively be entitled to If living in the said principal monies as aforesaid And provided such advancement if to be made in The life time of my said Daughters respectively be With their full consent and approbation as to their Respective children or by the said Thomas Wheeley In his life time as to his children to be testified by Writing under their respective hand provided also And I do hereby direct that in the meantime and Until Sale shall be made of my real estate as Aforesaid the [rents issues] and profits thereof shall Be applied agreeable to the trusts hereinbefore Declared as to the interest of the aforesaid trust Monies I give to my said Daughter Elizabeth Adams the sum of Thirty pounds over and above The annuity hereinbefore given to her I also give To my grand daughter Elizabeth Smith over and Above what she will otherwise be entitled to as A child’s part in the aforesaid trust monies the Sum of twenty pounds to be paid to her or for Her benefit at such time or times as my executors Shall in their discretion think fit and I also give To my servant Jane Price the sum of five pounds Over and above the wages that may be due to her At the time of my death and lastly I direct that My trustees and executors shall and may retain and Reimburse themselves respectively from and out of The said trust estates all costs charges and expenses Which they shall or may respectively sustain or be Put unto in or about the execution of the trusts of This my will and that they any or either of them Shall not be answerable for any involuntary loss That may attende the same nor either of them for The acts deeds or defaults of the other of them but Each for his and their own acts deeds receipts and Defaults [..] and I do hereby revoke and make void all Former wills and wills by me made in witness Whereof I have to this my will contained in eight Sheets of paper to the first seven sheets set my hand And to this last sheet my hand and seal and published The same this twelfth day of March in the year of Our Lord One thousand
